Insurance information

We work hard to maximize your insurance reimbursement for procedures. Prior to your visit we like to collect your dental and insurance information. Providing us with accurate and complete information helps us obtain the maximum reimbursement. We can then contact your insurance carrier to receive benefits breakdown. With the insurance information provided, we are able to provide an estimated co-pay prior to your appointment. Although we collect this estimated co-pay at the treatment date, your insurance company considers benefits at the time the claim is received. Please note that not all services performed may be covered by your Insurance contract, and fees charged may differ from that determined by your Insurance company.You are responsible for any remaining balance not covered by your dental insurance. Our office will file dental claims covered by your primary dental insurance for you at no additional costs.
